Horton has introduced the DriveMaster PolarExtreme fan drive, which delivers 2,400 inch-pounds of out-of-box torque to turn larger fans with more blades and cool EGR engines. The DriveMaster PolarExtreme Fan Drive is provided for both first-fit and replacement applications.

In vehicles that currently have a standard DriveMaster fan drive, the DriveMaster PolarExtreme repair kit can be used to upgrade the fan drive in the same amount of time as a standard rebuild to deliver more torque. The DriveMaster PolarExtreme fan drive is spring-engaged and air-disengaged. It features a friction liner designed for longevity.
