Dedicated Transport LLC, a privately held company headquartered in Cleveland OH, announced the acquisition of Baker's Transport Service of Lakeland FL.
Baker's Transport Service provides bulk trucking services to water treatment and power generating plants throughout Florida. Dedicated Transport will retain Baker's management and its 20 drivers, and it plans to hire an additional 10 drivers over the next year.
