CTL Distribution, a national tank truck carrier based in Mulberry FL, is changing its tuition reimbursement policy to help benefit driver graduates as they start their careers.
The firm will now reimburse tuition to qualified CTL drivers on a monthly basis instead of paying the drivers quarterly. “Our goal is to support each graduate joining CTL by offering them this program, as well as provide them and their families an opportunity for increased income potential,” said Ken Wieck, director of human resources and driver recruiting.
To be eligible, recent school grads must come to CTL within 90 days of their graduation date, and CTL must be either their first or second place of employment after graduation. For more information, phone Ken Wieck at 863-428-3180.
