The Chemical Safety Board (CSB) has released a new video that addresses dangers of uncontrolled chemical reactions.

The Chemical Safety Board (CSB) has released a new video that addresses dangers of uncontrolled chemical reactions.

The CSB released a study of reactive hazards in 2002 and made numerous safety recommendations. It also has investigated several such accidents since that time. The video, Reactive Hazards: Dangers of Uncontrolled Chemical Reactions, can be viewed online in the Video Room of the agency's website, csb.gov, or free DVD copies may be obtained by filling out a request form on the Web site.
