Commercial Vehicle Group Inc, a New Albany OH-based supplier to the heavy truck, construction, agriculture and marine industries, has created three specialized product divisions designed to realign their companies by product segment. The realignment will include the creation of an interior systems division, an electrical/ mechanical division, and a structures division.
The CVG Interior Systems Division (ISD) will be led by Kenneth Bush, vice-president and general manager of Trim Systems. ISD will include the CVG flagship companies of National Seating, KAB North America Seating, and Trim Systems.
Sprague Devices and the newly acquired Monona Wire will fall under the CVG Electrical/Mechanical Division (EMD). Mayflower Vehicle Systems will be placed in the CVG Structures Division (SD). Bob Carter, Monona president, will head the EMD. Gordon Boyd, president of CVG international, will continue to lead the SD.
