Nistevo Corp has announced that ChemLogix LLC, a provider of integrated logistics systems for the chemical industry, has selected the Nistevo network. The agreement enables ChemLogix to further automate its transportation management operations and provide improved load visibility to its shipper customers.
Terms of the agreement will enable ChemLogix to deploy Nistevo's transportation management system (TMS) across multiple customers, and to enhance, as well as add, product and service offerings. Additionally, the agreement gives Nistevo an opportunity to access organizations within the chemical market through a recognized partner with proven domain expertise.
Nistevo's Web-hosted TMS will replace ChemLogix's client-server based TMS system. Through the Nistevo network, ChemLogix will automate the company's existing logistics execution processes, including tendering, settlement, reporting, and analysis. ChemLogix will also gain real-time tracking, visibility, and alert notification for improved customer service.
