ATA forms intermodal group

The American Trucking Associations has establised an Intermodal Motor Carriers Conference (IMCC) as an alliance for motor carriers involved in intermodal trucking.

The American Trucking Associations has established an Intermodal Motor Carriers Conference (IMCC) as an alliance for motor carriers involved in intermodal trucking.

Officers include John Drewes of Devine Intermodal, chairman; Dave Manning of Tennessee Express, first vice-president; and Phil Byrd of Bulldog Hiway Express, second vice-chairman. The conference will promote the interests of intermodal motor carriers on legislative and regulatory issues at all levels of government and advance operational safety and security.
