Charles Drevna has been named executive vice-president of the National Petrochemical & Refiners Association. Before joining NPRA in May 2002 as technical director, he had served as manager-Northeast government relations for Tosco Corp, director-government and regulatory affairs for the Oxygenated Fuels Association, and manager of public and government affairs activities for Sun Co and its affiliates.
