Walter B McCormick Jr, president and chief executive officer of the American Trucking Associations for the past four years, has resigned this position to become president and CEO of the United States Telecom Association.
Rein Willems, executive vice-president — procurement and business units of Shell Chemicals Ltd, has been appointed president of the European Petrochemical Chemical Association (EPCA) General Committee, which consists of executives elected from EPCA member companies. Willems succeeds W Dominique Cruyt.
