Dixon Bayco has debuted new API valves for bottom loading and unloading of petroleum tankers. These valves feature an extended-length, high-visibility flow indicator, including a float that displays flow. All valves have a fixed short-stroke handle — with less than 60° of travel to open fully — along with a detachable handle if desired. This valve can be completely rebuilt while bolted to the cargo tank. All seals, including poppet and crank, along with the internal bearings are replaceable from the front.

Engineered and manufactured in the United States and Canada, the valves offer a reinforced design for long-life durability. All valves comply fully with the American Petroleum Institute's RP-1004 bottom-loading standard.
