Diesel down a smidgen

The on-road price of diesel across the nation last week gave a little gasp and dropped a smidgen of $.004 per gallon from the week before to $2.681, according to information from the Department of Energy. It was the first indication of a slide in several weeks.

Low sulfur diesel showed just over a one-cent decrease, ringing up at $2.644 per gallon, down from $2.657 per gallon the week before. Ultra low sulfur diesel was down $.001 from the week before at $2.694 per gallon.
