Diesel price down a cent

The average price of on-road diesel last week was down one cent at $2.596 per gallon, compared to the week before, according to the Department of Energy (DOE).
DOE's Energy Information Administration reported the price at $2.606 the week of December 18. December's prices are almost 15 cents higher per gallon than they were at this time last year. The price reported includes all taxes.
